HOW TO USE THE LIGHT POINT GUIDED MEDITATION

Begin by finding a quiet place to lay down, where you can be completely undisturbed.

Put what ever has been going on in your day to the side for the next 15 minutes.

Take a few deep breaths, extend your exhalations to relax your body and settle in.

Begin the Guided Meditation audio.

As you move through the different points of the body visualize them as white light.

Relax each area of the body that you bring your attention to with your exhalation.

Once the guided meditation has ended, remain as you are with the music until it’s complete. 

If you have the time to remain even longer please do so. There are deep levels of healing happening.

After the music has ended expand the breath. Slowly move your fingers and toes.

Come back to your body.

As you ready, turn over to one side and then slowly rise.

Bring your hands together at heart center. Bow your chin toward your chest.
